This Privacy Policy explains how DeepYield ("DeepYield", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the DeepYield website and the autonomous yield engine (the "Service"). DeepYield is a non-custodial protocol: we never take custody of your assets, and your capital stays withdrawable at every step.

1. Information we collect

On-chain data. Wallet addresses, transactions, and balances are public blockchain data. When you interact with the Service, we read this data to operate the engine. We do not link it to your real-world identity.
Usage data. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate region). The site self-hosts its fonts and assets and makes no third-party tracking requests at runtime.
Communications. If you contact us (email, social channels), we process the information you choose to share.

We do not collect names, government IDs, payment-card numbers, or private keys. Never share your private key or seed phrase with anyone, including us.

2. How we use information

To operate, secure, and improve the Service and the website.
To monitor performance, detect abuse, and debug issues.
To respond to your enquiries.

3. Cookies and analytics

The site uses only strictly necessary storage for basic functionality. Any analytics are privacy-preserving and aggregated. We do not sell personal data.

4. Third parties

The Service interacts with public blockchains, decentralized exchanges, and infrastructure providers (RPC endpoints, hosting). These operate under their own terms. On-chain activity is inherently public and permanent.

5. Data retention and security

We keep operational and aggregate data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and apply reasonable technical measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because the core Service runs on public blockchains, on-chain records cannot be altered or erased.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
